Senior Technical Services Engineer

Maesteg

£negotiable depending on experience

Due to their continued success, my client is looking to add to their Technical Services Team with the recruitment of a Senior individual to provide technical support to the internal and external sales teams.

Day to Day Duties:

- Provide Technical Response to advise customers on correct selection, specification and/or use of standard products.
- To be the initial contact for 'Non-standard' technical enquiries.
- Undertake technical review of Key Projects and develop project specific technical Proposals
- Interpret customer needs in AutoCAD format for confirmation with the customer.
- Formulate drawings for internal use that interprets the customer's needs.

You will have experience of the construction sector, ideally within fire protection and/or facades but other product areas would be considered.
