Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking a skilled and driven Senior Technical Service Engineer with experience in passive fire protection, specifically focused on cavity barriers within building facades. This full-time role is based in Maesteg and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.

As a Senior Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for responding to technical enquires regarding the design, installation and performance of passive fire protection systems. You will also provide timely and accurate technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders on Passive Fire Protection cavity barriers and firestops with a primary focus on the building envelope.

In your first few weeks in this Technical Services Engineer role, you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with project management teams to address technical queries and provide solutions aligned to the project requirements and product specification
  • Analyse technical specifications, drawings, project plans to advise on best product selection, standards and regulations
  • Record technical enquires and responses in the company's in-house CRM system.
