So every now and then you get a "heart-led role" a role that will allow you to give something back, making you feel warm and fuzzy inside.

It's worth mentioning before we go any further that this point this is not a sales role

"So if not a sales role what's it all about?" I hear you ask
Let's start by telling you a little more about my client and what they offer

Established in 2014, they are a SaaS software provider that has created a piece of software used by the care industry, that allows the caregivers to log and track information on a system to keep track of the people they look after, ensuring they can offerthe best possible care for those that most need it.

The care industry as a whole has historically been paper-based, slightly archaic you may think but with traditional costs involved in buying software and employees in the sector not always used to using traditional software programs, it's not always beenan option. Now with my client's offering being reasonably priced and the ability for employees to be able to use the system through a simple App on their phones this is a thing of the past.

So the Job

With extensive marketing, client testimonials, and a real need for this software in the industry my client is getting more and more incoming enquiries. Customers are keen to find out if the software will work for them, the costs involved and the chance ofa demo to see just how easy it will be to use.

This role is an informational role, you will be qualifying leads and enquiries articulating information about the system to prospective customers.

Manage, nurture, and convert leads into qualified demo opportunities from a variety of platforms including web forms, phone, and live chat.

Following up on demo and sales opportunities.

Ensure that lead information is accurately recorded on the Customer Relationship Management system

Provide lead and opportunity information and other reports as and when required.

And above all be the voice of the company

So what experience is needed....

Previous experience in Customer Service

A confident and capable communication style

Good knowledge of social media platforms

Ability to manage a portfolio of prospects simultaneously, prioritising appropriately and managing time efficiently

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
