20hrs per week can be flexible on days worked

Car and driving licence will be required as you will be required to work at all 3 of our sites in Sittingbourne.

**About The Role**
- Add new starters to our Core HR system
- Payroll duties - Ensure that weekly and four-weekly payrolls run smoothly to ensure everyone is paid correctly and on time. See through the collection of time-sheets from managers, look ahead at key times through the year including predictive hours for Bank Holidays. Understand COOK’s sickness and holiday procedures, calculate any holiday calculations on request. Payroll also includes the management of Tensor, COOK’s integrated time and attendance system.
- Reporting - Generate weekly and monthly reports for the Operations teams and key leaders. Use data recorded to identify people trends and bring this to the attention of the leaders and the People Team to help support. Gather data reports both on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Training - Log all team member training and completed work instructions, ensuring training records are kept within team members folders and exist within COOK’s training matrix and database.
- Agency requests - Management and collection of Agency team member requests, liaising daily with managers and Agencies to ensure we have the right support at the

We are looking for a person with a sense of fun, you will have experience of working in HR and have, or be working towards a CIPD qualification.
