**Key responsibilities include**:

- Carrying out the day to day office duties, this includes being the first port of call for all office needs.
- Managing and updating all systems such as Xero.

.Completing all invoices purchase orders, receipts.
- Managing and scheduling all deliveries inbound and outbound.
- Opening Post, answering calls, helping customers.
- Support the Operations Manager with admin support.

We would ideally like someone who is self-motivated and enthusiastic. This role is varied and you will spend the majority of your time supporting the team with their needs and working alongside the director and Operations Manager.
- Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, written and verbal to internal and external customers. Attention to detail is a must
- Keen to learn and grow.
- Good time management skills
- **Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
