**THE ROLE**:

- Under the direction of the Section Head, the Student Administration Service provides expert advice, information, guidance and high-quality administration support for students, staff and stakeholders for processes in the following areas:
- Fees, Funding, Registration and Reporting
- Graduation Ceremonies, Awards and Collaborative Partnerships
- Postgraduate Research Degrees administration
- The post holder will be working as a member of the Awards, Ceremonies and Collaborative Partnerships team within the Student Administration Service. Under the direction of their line manager they will have responsibility for the administration of certificates, transcripts and academic verifications to graduates and alumni throughout the academic year. This role will also provide administrative support for Collaborative Partnerships.- The purpose of the role will be to deliver an excellent customer service, focussing on quality and accuracy of data when responding to students, alumni and third parties.- Fixed Term contract for 12 months- Part -Time 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)-
