As a member of our team in a Special Needs Support Role, you will play a crucial part in providing dedicated support to students with special educational needs and disabilities. Collaborating closely with a team of educators and professionals, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the growth and development of each student.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and specialised support strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student's social and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to address the specific needs of each student.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing valuable feedback to the wider support team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Special Needs Support Role is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or related fields are preferred.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**To be considered for this role, we require**:

- Proof of Right to Work (Passport or Birth Certificate).
- A CV covering 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or a willingness to process one with us (cost refunded).
