Product Marketing Specialist, Agribusiness

**About the Role**:
**Grade Level (for internal use)**: 10
**The Role**: Our Agribusiness team is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of the agriculture market to drive go-to-market plans, create sales enablement materials, and contribute to revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with Product Management and Commercial leads to define product marketing strategies.

Work with Sales leads and Sales Training lead to identify sales enablement materials.

Optimize and standardize customer value propositions based on target personas and industries.

Develop differentiated and values-based messaging for products, sectors, and solutions.

Create customer-facing assets mapping company capabilities to customer needs.

Analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.

Proven experience in Marketing or Product Marketing with agribusiness or agriculture products

Agribusiness/agriculture market knowledge

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Expertise in Product and Solution Marketing.

Achievement/goal-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, detailed, persistent, active listener, resourceful, influencer, can-do attitude.

Vendor management experience.

MBA or MS-Marketing.

Experience in Commodities Markets.
