**Human Resources Health & Wellbeing at Work Officer**

Based within Human Resources, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in the area of Human Resources. The focus will be on maximising staff retention and attendance in the workplace through the implementation of support strategies and the promotion of positive physical and mental health, emotional wellbeing and resilience.

**Salary Details**:BS26-29 - £30,000 - 33,333 pro rata
- This is a 4-point extended scale with progression incrementally on an annual basis. Please note, progression beyond the bar is dependent on an internal set of conditions. Commencing salaries will be assessed in accordance with the College’s starting salaries matrix._

**Hours of work**:Full-time 37 hours per week

Worked over 39 working weeks per year (equivalent to school term time)

**Contract Type**:Salaried - Permanent

**Qualifications**:It is essential to hold a minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline (ideally either health or Human Resources management based).

**Experience**:It is essential to have demonstrable experience of involvement in a health-related role or discipline and/or experience of dealing with people in a Human Resources setting. You will have experience of using advanced features of Microsoft software and it is highly desirable to have experience of developing websites or other digital platforms and organising events working in an HR or people related role
