Job Title: Viewing, Inventory, and Inspection Agent

**Job Type**: Part-time (20 hours per week)

**Salary**: £14 per hour

Working Hours: four days 12 - 5pm flexible

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings for potential tenants and buyers
- Create accurate inventory reports and inspection records using an iPhone
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to arrange appointments
- Respond to tenant queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Undertake any other relevant duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Knowledge of property maintenance is essential
- Own car is essential
- A suitable property qualification would be desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately record reports on an iPhone
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Some office work may be required

We offer a competitive salary of £14 per hour, which equates to £11,200 per annum based on a part-time working week of 20 hours. In addition, we offer 28 days holiday including public holidays, and mileage paid for the use of your own car.
