Job Title: Self-Employed Luxury Real Estate Agent

Salary: Potential earnings of £250,000 per annum

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed luxury real estate agent to manage a portfolio of high-end properties in and around Edinburgh. As a luxury real estate agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of high-end properties in Edinburgh and surrounding areas
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and celebrities
  3. Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
  4. Negotiate deals and close sales
  5. Collaborate with other agents and brokers to ensure successful transactions
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury real estate market
  7. Attend industry events and build your professional network

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a luxury real estate agent or a track record of successful sales
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  4. Knowledge of the Edinburgh location and luxury real estate market
  5. A network of high net worth clients and industry contacts
