What you will be doing:

- Change Management Planning: Produce and implement effective change management plans and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage stakeholders to communicate change purposes, benefits, and impacts.
- Change Impact Assessment: Assess impacts of proposed changes on processes, systems, people, and culture, and report stakeholder readiness.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop mitigation strategies with sponsors and Head of Transformation to address potential risks.
- Internal Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about projects and changes.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training content to enhance staff skills for adapting to change.
- Change Implementation: Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues during change implementation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate change performance post-implementation and identify areas for improvement.
- Change Documentation: Document change rationale, implementation steps, and lessons learned.
- Change Champion: Provide guidance and support to teams, foster a positive attitude towards change, and overcome resistance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, participate in lessons learned sessions, and support improvement initiatives.

What you need:

- At least two years' experience of working in a change role, supporting project delivery or as a project officer whose experience has been in stakeholder management.
- Confident presenting at workshops or meetings that are designed to engage staff in change, training and/or project delivery
- Good stakeholder management - proven in building and maintaining professional relationships internal to the business
- Demonstrable understanding of change management tools and techniques
- Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with high level of attention to detail
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanour, contributing to a constructive and motivating work environment.
- Exhibits strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Shows a willingness to continuously develop skills and knowledge, embracing opportunities for professional growth and improvement.
