**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting measured site surveys and attend meetings as required
- Supervise Lifting operations where necessary.
- Plan and Produce site specific RAMS under the lifting operations and lifting equipment regulations 1998.
- Take responsibility for the organisation and control of the lifting operation.
- Manage project timelines, resources and budgets to achieve set objectives.
- Be aware of and work within the laid down method statements, risk assessment and Health & Safety procedures.

**Key Attributes**:

- Competent in producing CAD drawings
- Strong leadership skills and have experience of managing Sub-Contract Labour
- Problem-solving and decision making skills with the ability to effectively address challenges and make sound commercial / operational judgements
- Computer literate
- Have good administrative and man-management skills.
- Must be willing to travel and stay away from time to time.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experienced with Spider Cranes and Glass Lifting
- CPCS A60 Mobile Crane
- CPCS A66 Compact Crane
