Stock Fulfilment Administrator

**About the role**
We are currently looking for a Fulfilment Administrator to manage our Fulfilled by Amazon workflow.
This role would suit somebody who is keen to work in ecommerce and grow their career but who doesn’t necessarily have experience in online retail, as full training will be provided.
**Skills and Knowledge**
- Is motivated by continuous improvement and has excellent attention to detail.
- Has proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and is comfortable creating basic formulas.
- Experience of Amazon Seller Central / Linnworks order management system is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills.
- Quick thinker and fast learner.
- Works well in a team as well as independently.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**
- Create Fulfillment by Amazon shipments to Amazon Fulfilment Centres
- Use Amazon Seller Central to identify products that need to be replenished.
- Create and print shipping labels from Seller Central.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to gather stock levels and update them in order management system.
- Work on additional, administrative tasks as required.
**About Hemway**
Some of our products include: paints,glitters,grout,sealants and pigments. We are constantly expanding our product lines.
You will be working at our office and warehouse building based in Gildersome, just outside Leeds.
**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
