Working within the Ecommerce team, you will help bring our passion to life by helping to support marketing campaigns, brand awareness, our CRM activity as well as other marketing functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and vibrant Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in the development of an excellent brand.

You will support the planning of our marketing initiatives from ideation to execution. The key measures of success will be driving brand awareness and consideration, social engagement and CRM activations and maintenance.

In this role, you will research and analyse market, customer, and competitor trends and insights to help support delivery and creation of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies, which will grow and change how people perceive our brand, ensuring our brand remains recognisable, relevant, and striking to customers and prospects.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to change and convey a positive attitude to your colleagues and champion the Tredz Values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the implementation and execution of our multi-channel marketing plans and brand awareness campaigns.
- Supporting effective relationships with our suppliers/brands
- Consulting with suppliers and third-party marketing agencies e.g. creative, PR, print, media agencies.
- Liaise with the design team to help produce promotional materials (print and digital assets, videos, etc.) media plans, including writing creative briefs and ensuring all elements are on brand and created within the given timescale
- Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting the findings to key stakeholders
- Assisting and attendance of corporate events and trade shows including any digital events and sessions
- Ensuring all marketing activity is delivered within time and on budget
- Continuously identify & respond to competitor and market trends by highlighting competitor activity & trade opportunities.
- Influence key stakeholders through timely compelling insights from weekly/monthly reporting and effective presentation of results

**Key Skills/Experience**
- Previous experience working in an Ecommerce Marketing team as a Marketing executive
- Strong business acumen and a good level of commercial awareness
- Good attention to detail
- Creative design experience
- Experience with an understanding of market research
- Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills
- Experience managing 3rd party agencies and partnerships
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Good team player with experience of working in a dynamic team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Act quickly and decisively using good judgment in marketing decisions and performing actions.
- The foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the customer.
- Enthusiastic about Cycling an advantage
- Experience using Cheetah Digital or similar messaging platform would be an advantage
