**Key Requirements**
- At least 2 years' case handling experience as a qualified lawyer
- Ability to make daily decisions and progress cases swiftly
- Familiarity with professional misconduct work is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of regulatory bodies (HCPC, NMC, SWE, TRA) is advantageous
- Strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a keen interest in marketing and business development

- Confident and decisive decision-maker with a focus on daily case progression
- Strong passion for client care, blending technical expertise with exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in managing a varied caseload, including both litigated and non-litigated professional misconduct cases
- Experience representing clients predominantly from the health and education sectors
- Familiarity with professional misconduct work and regulatory procedures is advantageous
- Empathetic approach, providing a personalised legal service with a professional touch
