**The Role**

Due to an increase in business, we are currently seeking a **Customer Support Adviser** to support property sales within our South East regional branches.

With a mixture of working from home and in Branch, as a Customer Support Adviser you will be responsible for progressing and managing all aspects of the property sales process to a successful completion.

Main duties will include;
- Registering and amending details of applicants and their requirements, and to refer the applicant to the appropriate divisions
- To contact the vendors, purchasers and solicitors involved in the sale to introduce yourself and explain your role.
- To progress the sale from offer through to completion, ensuring regular communication is maintained with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and to ensure that sufficiently detailed notes are recorded and retained within the operating system.
- To deal with any problems (eg: surveyor’s report, mortgage offer, property deeds, land searches, availability of deposits, draft contract, exchange and completion dates) arising during the sales process, taking appropriate action as required.

**Successful applicants** will ideally have some knowledge of the property sales process and possess a track record in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Highly articulate, confident, with strong attention to detail, you will have superior communication skills and the ability to make a positive impression first time.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£220,000.00 per year
