We are searching for an experienced **Administrative assistant** for the **London Office **that ensure the smooth running of the organization by providing administrative and operational assistance to the team. This position requires a proactive individual who excels at multitasking, problem solving, and maintaining effective communication channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling correspondence
- Generate reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Facilitate communication between management and various departments, stakeholders, clients, and external partners
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of projects
- Support the organization and execution of company events
- Draft and edit documents, memos, and presentations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team
- Book Keeping for the smooth running of the London Office

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (over 2 years)
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google QuickBooks etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Available for travel (valuable)
