At **Saint Gobain Interior Solutions** we are looking for **HR Business Advisor** to join our growing team to work based at our Head Office site in East Leake (Nottingham). We believe in fostering a workplace that thrives on trust, empowerment, and collaboration. As an HR Business Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our business providing comprehensive HR support to our stakeholders, including line managers and colleagues from across the teams you work with.
**Saint Gobain Interior Solutions part of Saint-Gobain** brings together a full range of solutions and knowledge of British Gypsum and Isover all under one roof. This strengthens our collective know-how and expertise and makes it easier for our team to support our customers through the entirety of their projects.

**This role operates on a hybrid basis 2-3 days a week in our East Leake office. You will also be required to travel to other sites as and when needed. You will work Monday - Friday with flexible start and finish times.**
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to deliver tasks and projects on time, manage high workload and conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of working in HR Administration or Management looking to build and develop a career in HR. Previous exposure to HR is not essential but an advantage.
- A desire to build your career in HR
- Must be proactive, enjoy change and a have a can-do attitude
- You need to have a full UK Driving Licence
**What you will be doing**:
- Providing first line HR Support for managers.
- Supporting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Guide managers through our policies and procedures
- Support career development and succession planning efforts within the organization
- Signpost and support on our rewards and recognition offer
- Collaborate with cross team projects
- Other ad hoc HR duties that may be required
