Warehousing Administrator

Here at Iceland Seafood UK Ltd we are looking to appoint a Warehousing Administrator to help with the smooth running of the warehousing function. This full time permanent role is working Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week at £9.50hr.

We are a respected industry leading supplier of North Atlantic seafood & a leading service provider in our markets. We are a key processor of high-quality seafood in the Spanish and UK markets and we are one of the largest exporters of fish products from Iceland.

**The role will include**:

- Maintaining and updating databases in a timely and accurate manner.
- Using database systems to manage and control warehouse storage data.
- Sort, file and process all documentation relating to warehouse storage.
- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain relationships as required.
- Booking in of Intakes/Raw Material
- Organising and booking in of delivery times
- Helping team with transportation and time slots for collections
- Pulling orders through EDI and transferring on to pick sheets
- General administrative tasks
- Reception duties for all guests to ISUK

**You should have**:

- Proficient and accurate administrative skills with an eye for detail
- Some knowledge of transport, warehouse and distribution operation would be ideal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
- A self-starter attitude and able to exercise initiative
- The ability to work as part of a team but equally able to work independently
- Excellent communication sills on all levels.
