As a Digital Graduate - Commercial, you'll have the opportunity to work at the forefront of digital initiatives across various commercial projects.

From refineries to nuclear power plants and oil terminals, you'll play a crucial role in introducing new technology and digital solutions to solve real-world problems, making our operations more efficient and sustainable.

As a Digital Graduate, you'll work closely with our regional management team and digital transformation specialists. This hands-on experience will allow you to build valuable connections, gain insight into improvement programs, and make a tangible impact on our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in implementing digital solutions across commercial projects, focusing on tasks like software deployment, integration, and data analytics to enhance efficiency and sustainability
- Work closely with regional teams to identify digital opportunities tailored to specific location needs, ensuring alignment between digital initiatives and regional objectives
- Analyse operational challenges within commercial settings and propose digital solutions, leveraging technical expertise to develop practical and impactful strategies
- Engage in project planning discussions to assess the feasibility, scalability, and potential impact of digital transformation strategies, contributing insights to optimise planning processes
- Support the deployment and integration of digital tools, providing technical assistance to stakeholders during implementation to ensure seamless adoption and mínimal disruption
- Offer ongoing technical support to internal teams as they utilise digital tools, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to optimise tool functionality and effectiveness
- Document lessons learned and best practices from digital transformation projects, creating repositories to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organisation
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends relevant to digital transformation, actively seeking opportunities for innovation and suggesting improvements to existing processes
