Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.**The Role**:
We're looking an Out of Hours Customer Support Lead to work as part of an Out Of Hours Customer Support team which delivers first class customer experiences in accordance with Thirteen’s business strategy, vision and values.

Hours of work will be 2-10pm/4-10pm weekdays and you'll work weekends/bank holidays with the team which is around the call demand for our customers, working both from home and our head office at Hudson Quay.

**The Person**:
You'll have experience of working in a contact centre environment with effective use of IT and media, be able to respond to change and adapt to new systems, processes and working practices while dealing with a wide range of customer enquiries, identifying, and offering relevant solutions.

We’re looking for someone who works well under pressure whilst completing customer enquiries that require attention to detail, communicate effectively to achieve team and company outcomes; empathise, listen to, and respond to the needs of customers in order to resolve issues.
