**The Role**

The Student Experience Engagement & Support Assistant is responsible for monitoring engagement, attendance and punctuality on behalf of curriculum areas, through analysis of live data and daily dashboard reports. In response to non-engagement or absence, they are to open effective communication channels with students and parents/guardians to identify and work to resolve issues. They will also be required to promote Student Voice and assist with the programming of enrichment activities to engage as many students as possible in; emotional, social, recreational, cultural and sporting experiences throughout their College journey.
