As the Team Manager of a Customer Interaction Centre, youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. Your focus will be on maintaining sound relations with the companys customers by providing top-notch services before, during, and after a transaction.
In this role, youll have the opportunity to use your leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, ensuring that theyre delivering high-quality services and building strong relationships with customers. Youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Customer Interaction Centre team, from performance management to day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of up to 13 customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of motivation, engagement, and productivity.
- Coach and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, including presenting to wider audiences.
- Analyse and solve problems with analytical skills.
- Manage performance, including conflict resolution, to ensure the team its goals.
- Understand and translate technical information to the requisite level to enable the training and coaching of the customer experience team.

Must have education & professional qualifications: Higher level of education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) - for example A Level, BTEC, HND etc. Must have experience: Extensive experience of working in customer services, customer order management, or sales in an engineering / technical organisation. Proven experience working in a team leadership role (ideally with NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Customer Services or Sales). Able to demonstrate hands-on experience of using SAP. Desirable experience and qualifications: Degree qualified in a Mechanical / Electro-Mech / Electronics Engineering field (or equivalent). Knowledge of pneumatic and automation systems. Some secondary language skills in German
