**Sales Support Administrator**:
- 6-month FTC
**Salary**: £21k per anumn
Our client based in Witham are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a 6-month FTC basis. The successful individual will provide support to the Credit Control team assisting with all administration duties, communicating with customers,and liaising with the Sales team.
**Duties**:
- Assist the financial and sales department with customers accounting enquiries
- Investigate and resolve sales queries
- Maintain and update CRM and the Sales Ledger records
- Escalate customer enquiries/queries/complaints
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
- Deal with incoming Customer Account communications
- Deal with remittance requests
- Sending out invoices, credit notes and statements
**Skills**:
- Excel Skills (including V-Look ups & Pivot tables)
- Experience of working with a CRM system (preferable but not essential)
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
**Hours**:Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
Office Based - Free parking
