Are you a confident individual who can proactively manage customer’s issues and promote our products and services? We are recruiting Customer Support & Sales Advisor to deliver the highest standard of customer excellence and sales support to our NHS clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- Process all customer orders, adhering to policies surrounding the prescription of medicine and GDPR regulations
- Proactively maximise opportunities to sell by upselling, cross-selling or growing account spending by increasing sales at every opportunity.
- Providing support and working closely with the Company’s Field base Sales Representatives and satellite Sales teams across the DD family.
- Work towards the departmental KPIs surrounding productivity, response times and compliance with quality standards set.
- Support back office administrative tasks where necessary and continue to develop product and systems knowledge.
