Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team in Witham studio. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clerical assistance, maintaining records, and performing additional administrative services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as tracking deliveries, compiling reports, and booking couriers.
  2. File Organization: Organize and maintain file systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  3. Scheduling and Reminders: Assist in scheduling and maintaining calendars, setting reminders for upcoming events.
  4. Data Entry: Perform data entry with understanding of confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or a related field.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary:

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
