Patient Pathway Support (Band 2)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Support to join the Pod 4 Administrative Team within the Dermatology Service.

The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Point of Delivery team (POD), and will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed in a timely manner. The post holder will also act as the point of contact for patients regarding all administrative issues relating to the patients’ pathway of care.

**Proposed Interview Date**: 7th December

The post holder will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient support service to specialty Point of Delivery teams (POD), to assist in the provision of quality patient care. This will include general clerical and administrative duties that support the administrative elements of the entire patient pathway.

This role will be based within our Dermatology Department.

The post holder will have skills in all areas of administrative functions to enable them to support the patient pathway.
