Maintenance Operative

You will love general maintenance tasks and basic repairs including electrical, plumbing, joinery and building tasks and decorating rooms to maintain the standards of the home. To join us a Maintenance Person, it is essential that you have at least one years’ experience in a general maintenance position and that you can demonstrate a wide range knowledge of traditional building trades. You need to hold a full driving license too. You are a naturally caring character that always puts people first, shows kindness, warmth, compassion and respect at all times, and loves to embrace life to make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
