**What We Are Looking For...**

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing department. In line with the company Brand, Marketing Strategy and the overarching goals set by the Marketing Director, you create professional content, brand collateral and marketing assets to develop the HiB brand and support the marketing and communications team in delivering exciting campaigns.

**How will you make a difference...**
- Produce and innovate creative artworks in partnership with the Marketing Manager and the wider marketing department.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to create brand artwork including brochures, leaflets, labels and customer facing marketing collateral.
- Contributing to the creative process by actively participating in brand lead projects.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team on a range of challenging and innovative creative projects to continuously improve the HiB's brand positioning and marketing efforts.
- Colour proof, retouch images and set up artwork for digital and traditional print media.
- Be responsible for production timeframes and delivery of content at key milestones
- Support the brand and marketing team through internal and external brand asset creation in line with the HiB brand guidelines.

**What you will need to be able to make a difference**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
- Proficient in using a PC for designing due to our network
- A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- A clear understanding of marketing strategies and target audiences
- Creative Flair, Originality, imagination and a strong visual sense
- Strong communication and team collaborative skills
- Great attention to detail and composition
