**What’s on offer?**
A new position at Drayton Manor for an Assistant Junior Graphic Designer to join our vibrant Marketing team. Your primary function will be to support design requirements of the department delivering for all verticals within Drayton Manor Resort. You will assist with content development, seasonal events, activities, and product launches It’s an exciting time to be joining Drayton Manor with lots planned for 2024 and much more in the pipeline for 2025 We have a small marketing team with big ideas, you will have the opportunity to work across all disciplines in marketing, delivering fantastic work, driving awareness and attendance to Drayton Manor, supporting across the theme park, hotel, food and beverage, meetings, events and trade sales.
**Your responsibilities as an Assistant Junior Graphic Designer will include but not be limited to;**
- Supporting content creation for organic and paid social campaigns
- Developing Signage and posters for the theme park, hotel and zoo
- Assisting in photo shoots around the park
- Contributing ideas for marketing campaigns to deliver against attendance and revenue budgets
- Coordinating promotional activities
- Engaging with all departments across the resort
- Delivery of creative assets for retail and dining
**Key Skills and attributes as an Assistant Junior Graphic Designer**
- You will be competent in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent team working skills
- Be critical thinking and able to work to deadlines
- Theme Park enthusiast would be an advantageous
- Able to take direction and work independently
