Trophystore.co.uk Ltd, the UK's largest online retailer of trophies, medals and awards, is looking for a talented, experienced Graphic Designer, full of creative ideas, who can hit the ground running

As Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating and designing visual content for our ecommerce companies. Your work will be used in a variety of marketing and branding materials, including print digital and print media.

This position is available initially on a 12-month minimum contract to cover a period of maternity leave, however, as a growing business there may be opportunities for a permanent full-time role at the end of the contract period.

**In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with our marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand and business objectives.
- Developing a deep understanding of our target audience and creating designs that resonate with them.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Mentoring and training junior designers and providing constructive feedback on their work.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and printers as required.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Proficient user of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and an ability to understand the company's design needs.
- Strong conceptual skills - able to follow design briefs throughout projects from start to completion.
- Experience in photography beneficial but not required.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
