**Key Duties**
- Provide support and coordination for School level student voice activities, working closely with the school lead/s for student voice.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on student voice and engagement processes and procedures to internal and external customers, using judgement and creativity to suggest the most appropriate course of action where appropriate, and ensuring complex and conceptual issues are understood.
- Provide oversight and support for internal and external student surveys, as required, coordinating timelines & promotion campaigns, analysing data and ensuring the feedback loop is closed with students.
- Investigate and analyse specific issues within student feedback, including internal and external student surveys, and collaborate with others to create recommendation for developments which enhance the student experience.
- Work closely with the central student communications team, to ensure a consistent approach to student voice communications.
- Work closely with the Student Voice Manager in the Learning and Teaching Academy to develop and deliver student voice and engagement support to the school/s, proactively working with colleagues to enhance knowledge.
- Establish working relationships with key contacts, developing appropriate communication links with the University’s Schools/Directorates and outside bodies as required.
- Create specific working groups from colleagues across the University to achieve school objectives.
- Supervise specific project teams on an occasional basis to accomplish key objectives.
- Undertake a variety of duties to support enhancement of the student experience within the school.

- Perform other duties occasionally which are not included above, but which will be consistent with the role

**Essential Criteria**

**Qualifications and Education**
- Degree/NVQ 4 or equivalent Professional membership/experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Substantial experience of working within student engagement, education, or student support
- Able to demonstrate professional knowledge within specialist discipline to give advice and guidance to internal and external customers
- Ability to set up standard office systems and procedures and make improvements as appropriate

**Customer Service, Communication and Team Working**
- Ability to communicate conceptually detailed and complex information effectively and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Evidence of ability to explore customers’ needs and adapt services accordingly to ensure a quality experience is delivered

**Planning, Analysis and Problem solving**
- Evidence of ability to solve expansive problems using initiative and creativity, identifying and proposing practical solutions and resolving problems with range of potential outcomes
- Evidence of demonstrable knowledge of key advances within specialist discipline
- Evidence of ability to work unsupervised to deadlines, planning and setting priorities for own work and that of others and monitoring progress.

- Postgraduate/Professional qualification
- Experience of working in a Higher Education environment
- Fluency in Welsh, written and oral
