Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending one experience) + negotiable bonus

The role of Area Sales Manager - Construction Products will involve:

- Field sales position selling a distributed range of construction products such as: concrete, waterproofing, gas protection, reinforcement, masonry, brickworks, formwork, joint fillers, groundworks, slab, sealants, grouts etc
- All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, ground workers, civil contractors, geotechnical contractors and end users
- Inheriting a well-established territory currently turning over circa £6m-£7m
- Will manage circa 200+ account however the bulk of your work will be to hunt for new business
- Liaising and supported by a fantastic internal sales team

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Construction Products with:

- Must have a proven track record in sales within the construction industry
- Must have worked with a related product range such as: civils, heavyside, geotechnical, construction accessories, waterproofing, construction products etc
- Ideally relationships with housebuilders, developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, ground workers, civil contractors, geotechnical contractors and end users
- Must have a hunter mentality
- Must have determination and fire in your belly
- Computer literate
