**Temporary Business Admin Support Officer - Admin & Clerical**

**Pay rate: £18.00 per hour PAYE**
**Role Length: This opening assignment is for 2-3 months**
**Basic DBS required for this role**
**Hybrid role - 3/4 days in the office per week**
- Use all IT platforms from Excel, Outlook, Share Point (including development).
- Take fast and conscientious minutes of meetings.
- Diary management support for Manager, and Head of Service on occasions, and to arrange confidential meetings and assist with meetings that are confidential.
- Assist in data collection from teams across the division to assist the Head of Service.
- Assist in designing and delivering a divisional newsletter when requested.
- Provide efficient and professional day to day administrative support as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Minute taking skills and experience are essential for this role.
- Fast moving, dynamic and flexible in work.
- Filing management skills.
- A forward thinker with experience of working on own initiative, organising workloads, determining priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
