**Role Responsibilities**

**Required Skills and Attributes**:

- Operational Management experience and experience at delivering operational KPI’s
- Manufacturing experience

- Experience with manufacturing or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Working with Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including effective listening skills
- A strong analytical mindset
- Outstanding organisational skills
