Fin Search are recruiting a Finance and Logistics Administrator on a permanent basis for a growing, well known retailer with a strong, immediately identifiable presence across the UK and Europe.

As a Finance and Logistics Administrator, this role will work as part of a fast paced operations team, responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support across finance and logistics.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, generating sales invoices, reconciling purchase invoices, posting customer invoices, tracking completion of deliveries daily, liaising with hauliers about delivery queries, reconcile invoices with proof ofdelivery, reconciliation of administrative supplier invoices and assisting with group travel bookings.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a bright and personable administrator looking for a fast paced role in an ever changing and developing business.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2/3 days a week at home and 2/3 days in the office.
- Have worked in an administrative, finance or logistics role previously
- Have a forward thinking and problem solving approach to work
- Have excellent attention to detail
