**RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
Maintaining and proactively driving orders for both corrugate products and consumable items within an existing customer base.

**DIVISION**:
Customer Services

1. **JOB PURPOSE**

Proactively increasing sales of Packaging Consumables and corrugated products within the packaging division of Pitreavie Packaging by identifying, telephoning, and securing new business. A small portion of additional business should come from expanding baskets within the current customer base; however, most of the growth is expected via the opening of new accounts from cold call activity.

2. **ROLE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Reach out to current and existing customers by telephone to understand their requirements and needs and present our product and service offering (cross selling opportunity).
- Conduct outbound telesales activity to sell the full packaging range
- Responding to e mail campaign interest, website sample enquiries
- Reporting on success
- Work alongside the Commercial Analyst to identify customer sales opportunities
- Influence customers to win business and cross selling associated products
- Achieving sales targets in line with KPI’s
- Maintaining market and competitor knowledge
- Proactively follow-up on any quotes within the agreed timescales.
- Ensure that all the customer details are correctly setup in internal systems and maintain a database to track customer orders/conversations/interactions.
- Daily processing of customer orders / order acknowledgment response within the agreed timescales.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and wider business teams as required.
- Assisting with month end processes.
- Daily OTIF Root Cause Investigation & Reporting.

**Whilst full product and system training will be provided the role requires.**
- Previous experience in a role that involves developing both new business and existing business in a telesales environment
- Ability to present the benefits of a product range and how this will assist the customer

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
