The Role
- Responsibility for providing financial information to the founders of the business and senior management. Neverland is enjoying significant growth but as this stage in its development the Financial Controller will also have the duties of the Revenue Accountant
- Overall control of the accounting function using the Paprika system. Train staff to enter time sheets and expense reports.
- Working with the Managing Director to prepare yearly budgets in accordance with agreed targets. Management of these budgets versus actual results and reforecasting where necessary.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, client income forecasts, time cost reports, group weekly status reports and annual financial statements
- Billing clients and review of deferred and accrued income. Working with Client Service/Production to bill via agreed SOW’s, using the client portal system where necessary and highlighting any outstanding billing issues and need for prompt client paymentsto meet supplier payment deadlines.

- Proactive and organised
- A good team player
- Ideally have experience with Paprika software
- Agency experience is ideal
