**Equipment Transaction Coordinator - Bury St Edmunds**
We are currently recruiting for an Equipment Transaction Coordinator to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for stock movements, booking equipment and transferring stocks. Raising purchase orders for our Service Providers for works carried out and specialist draught beer dispense equipment with external suppliers. Investigating stock issues that our field based engineers may have and rectifying any errors. Reconciling virtual stockroom to enable us to recharge works on a daily basis to Greene King trade sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with field based engineers, equipment providers and equipment manufacturers to ensure that special order equipment is supplied to planned work schedules
- Ensuring that returned stock is adjusted from Greene King stock
- Raising postal equipment orders, booking parts and arranging recharges
- Processing regular checks on engineer stock and other stockrooms. Investigate and resolve any variances
- Completing internal stockroom reconciliation for stock control and to minimise write off
- Booking equipment from appropriate stockroom to jobs completed by Service Providers and field based engineers
- Ensuring adequate stocks of Greene King branded equipment are maintained. Gaining authorisation for equipment ordering through Greene King Marketing Department
- Raising new equipment part codes on Greene King and equipment provider's systems as required
- Checking Service Provider job completion, closing down jobs and raising Purchase Orders as necessary and in a timely manner
- Handling calls from Technicians and advise on work required
- Raising invoices for equipment sold to supply chain partner
Participating in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and dispense equipment knowledge
- Escalating issues assertively and keeping line manager informed
- Reporting on daily/weekly/monthly financials to senior members of the wider team
**About you...**
- Previous experience in an office based administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-Motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Able to work as part of a tight knit team as well as individually to reach the common goal
- Able to work well under pressure with high attention to detail, accuracy and speed
- Proactive and highly organised
- An understanding of stock control would be an advantage but not essential
