Job Requirements
A minimum of 12 months' experience in conveyancing is essential for this role. You should be proficient in software applications and possess excellent communication skills. Strong administrative and organisational abilities are also required, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily communication with clients, estate agents, and third parties via email and phone
Conduct ID checks and compliance searches to ensure adherence to legal requirements
Draft standard documentation and correspondence related to conveyancing transactions
Send reports and contract documents to relevant parties
Request searches and management packs to facilitate the conveyancing process
Monitor external portals for updates and actions, ensuring timely responses
Assist in exchanging contracts and setting up transaction completions
Handle post-completion work to ensure all necessary steps are taken
