**Talent Specialist - Warwick, hybrid, permanent; up to £46,000 plus bens**

**The Opportunity**:
Fantastic opportunity to work directly for our accomplished Head of Talent, Learning and DEI in a highly visible and influential role. You’ll support our HR Business Partners and provide guidance to the business in supporting the talent management and DEI processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be:

- Building clear guidance for leaders around talent identification and management.
- Creating and maintaining talent management information and communications.
- Preparing quarterly packs for Exec sessions - defining content and working with People Partners to deliver.
- Working with the wider team to develop a talent development programme.
- Identify and implement ways to use our systems to simplify processes.
- Setting up tracking, providing insights on Talent & DEI and making recommendations based upon the metrics.
- Managing a talent visibility programme.
- Supporting the succession planning process.
- Undertaking coaching, development and career discussions with Talent and managers.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You’ve got proven experience of managing talent processes within a medium to large corporate business, plus strong knowledge of talent management frameworks and succession planning processes. You have a passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and will be supporting our DEI plan and its ongoing implementation and progression. In person, you’re articulate with attention to detail, influential, professional and dedicated, comfortable to constructively challenge and you enjoy working collaboratively as part of a wider HR team.**What we can offer you**:

- Salary up to £46,000
