We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our client's team in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the talent management and DEI processes within the utilities industry. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's talent strategy and driving organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to leaders on talent identification and management.
- Create and maintain talent management information and communications on Connect (Intranet).
- Prepare quarterly packs for Exec sessions and collaborate with People Partners to ensure required input.
- Design and develop talent development programmes in collaboration with the wider team.
- Identify and implement ways to simplify processes and utilise systems effectively.
- Track talent and DEI metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage talent visibility programmes and facilitate succession planning processes.
- Conduct coaching, development, and career discussions with both talent and managers.
- Support the delivery of our client's DEI plans within the business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing talent processes.
- Familiarity with talent management frameworks and succession planning processes.
- A genuine passion for talent and DEI.
