- Showing Customers around Self Storage and helping them choose the right solution for them
- Setting up Contracts
- Taking Payments
- Packing up bags to send out to shredding customers
- Collecting shredding bags from customers
- Dealing with Customer queries
- Answering Phones
- Checking in deliveries for our self storage customers
- Be willing to take calls at the weekends on a rota
- General Admin roles including weekly reports
- Generate Shredding Certificates and send out in a timely manner
- Ensure all buildings are kept clean and tidy**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
