About Clayhall Executive Cars

Clayhall Executive Cars provide transport to children and young adults with special educational needs in London and the south east. We have been established for over 15 years and are a specialist provider of this type of transport. We also provide training and support to those working with children and young adults with special educational needs, offering the Passenger Assistant Training certification (PATS).

Many of those service users and patients entrusted to Clayhall Executive Cars are vulnerable individuals including those with severe learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex needs, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as mainstream.

Travel Assistant for Home to School Transport

This is a permanent role during school term time, it averages 10-20 hours per week

This is a great role for caring and supportive passenger assistants who can travel with children and adults and reassure and support our service users as they
travel on our transport. Your role is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of transport users throughout the journey and handover and to support the driver of the
vehicle. You will work with the driver to assist service users to board and leave vehicles utilising appropriate means, including physically assisting passengers.

We will need you to participate in working flexible hours with general core working hours being between 07.00 - 09.00 and 14.30 - 16.30. The service provider’s
normal place of work on a day-to-day basis is in a predominately outdoor environment on vehicles that transport clients from and to various locations, and is
required to work in a safe and efficient manner in all weather, traffic and road conditions.

We are able to provide both cash/account payments either on a weekly or monthly basis.

Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
