About the Role
We are seeking a kind-hearted and compassionate individual to join our team as a Non-Medical Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients maintain their daily living needs, including assistance with personal care, household tasks, and social companionship. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance to those who need it most.

What You Will Do
This role involves spending time with our regular clients, building strong working relationships based on mutual trust and respect. As a trusted companion, you will provide emotional support, listen to their stories, and engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives. Your duties may include assisting with personal care, such as bathing or dressing, as well as accompanying clients to appointments or social events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring our clients' homes remain comfortable and welcoming spaces.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a care setting is not necessary, but it is desirable. We are committed to providing industry-leading training and support to ensure your success in this role. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £12-£15 per hour, depending on your qualifications and experience.
