About this Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced School Administrator to join our team at a leading education provider in Haringey. As an administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the school's leadership team to deliver high-quality education to students, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and programs.

Duties
  • To provide administrative support to teachers and other staff members, ensuring that they have the resources they need to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, working closely with the school's leaders and governors.
  • To assist the senior leadership team in implementing school-wide initiatives and programs.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Education).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role within education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year, based on experience.
