My leading financial services client are looking to bring on a **Transaction Management Associate**to support their Credit Products Delivery team.
- Good knowledge of both **LMA Bilateral** and **Syndicated Facilities**:

- **Understanding of waivers and amendments**:

- Good understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products and banking processes
- Excellent decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution
- Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally
- Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with senior deal team members within the Front Office globally
- Confident, self-starter, assertive and energetic
