Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant

We are looking for a Post Completion Assistant who would like to be a part of our team. The role will include tasks including:
- Filing SDLT returns
- Submitting AP1's to Land Registry.
- Dealing with discharge.
- Liaising with Lenders and dealing with Help to Buy requirements
- Dealing with requisitions.
The applicant must have:
- An understanding of Conveyancing.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of how to use the Lender Exchange, LMS and Land Registry Portals.
Any applicant must be willing to learn and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar or administrative role for at least the past 12 months.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£20,000.00 per year
