The Packhorse is looking for full & part-time Front of House staff to help run this food-led pub/restaurant.

Duties include:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Previous experience preferred but on the job training will be provided. The right attitude is key, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members

Tips average approximately £4-5k per year

Your own transport is preferred due to location and hours
